Do you have any questions?
The answers can be found here.
Is employee share ownership appropriate for companies that are not experiencing strong growth?
Some shareholding tools, such as BSPCEs, are more appropriate for fast-growing companies, but if the aim is to build loyalty or share performance, for example, performance-based free share grants (AGAs) or collective shareholding solutions (FCPEs) may be more appropriate.
Share ownership is more of a financial issue than an HR issue. Is this very different for employee share ownership?
On the one hand, the technical and financial aspects of employee share ownership are rarely well known by beneficiaries who are not company directors, especially in the unlisted sector.
But beyond that, it's above all the understanding of the objectives sought by the company and those expected by the beneficiaries that is strategic to the success of such a project.
